Beautiful people – Beautiful vibes
ONENESS
One of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
A transformational festival celebrating life and where three main concepts dominated throughout, those of LOVE, PEACE & ONENESS.
I was taken aback with how friendly, caring and genuine the people at the festival were and actually took me a while to come to terms with it.
Boom, an occasion where freedom of expression is prevalent, where people are free to express themselves freely in a creative and any other way they feel like, always with respect towards their surroundings (people and environment alike).
The seven days of the festival are a window into what a better society than the one we now live in looks like. A society the members of which are participants and not passive spectators and who are striving for personal growth, where the economy is based on sustainability and needs and not on greediness, overconsumption and wants, a society of acceptance and inclusiveness. A successful experiment, showing us the way forward, showing us that there is a better way of organising our communities and living our lives.
It was hard not to notice how many Boomers were fully immersed in the present moment, completely engaged into the here and now whether that now was doing the hula hoop, serving people at the food stalls, helping people at the info desk, painting, dancing, singing or simply talking and listening to each other or even just absorbing the radiant warmth of the sun or the fire.
Boom, a vibrant occasion where you feel the energy of your surroundings and your connectedness to them all, how in essence fundamentally we are all one, a truth it seems that quantum field theory has only relatively recently imparted to us and slowly starting to understand.
